Here is how our automated system works for you:
Step 1: White Hart Cleaning Co. visits the site to assess the current phase of the project.
Step 2: Our team provides a comprehensive estimate and detailed breakdown of each service to be performed throughout the project.
Step 3: We initiate our packaged services according to the established phase schedule.
Step 4: We conduct weekly site visits to ensure the jobsite remains clean and meets safety guidelines.
Step 5: Progress photos are sent to Project Managers and Builders for documentation and transparency.
Step 6: We issue monthly billing for services rendered.
Step 7: A rough and final clean is performed to close out the project.
Step 8: Satisfied builders, subcontractors, and clients – a true win-win!
Please note that throughout each phase, we will consistently perform the following tasks:
1. Collect and dispose of trash around the entire property, including the exterior of building structures and interior walls.
2. Remove debris, organize materials, and notify the builder/Project Manager when the dumpster needs to be emptied.
3. Sweep and maintain dust-free floors.
